A reception will begin the evening at 6pm. The dinner will be focusing on the exciting new wines from the Priorat, in Spain. It's one of the hottest new wine producing regions in the world, producing big, bold wines with personality and character. Eric really needs no introduction, He's been named as one of the Wine Personalities of the year by the Wine Advocate. Robert M. Parker, Jr. went to say, "This small specialist importer is one of the bright shinning star of 'winedom'. His exquisite selections exude personality, quality, and character." Combine that with the superb cuisine of Chef Jim Noble's and you've got a winning combination. It promises to be a fantastic dinner.
