Heide Groomes
Heide brings more than 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Global Business Management with companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mobil Plastics, PepsiCo, General Electric, and more recently the Commercial V.P of Global Sales and Officer at Almatis in Frankfurt Germany.
Heide's Leadership at Almatis, contributed to 25% growth in Sales, and ebitda. Her expertise in developing successful strategies, creating high performing teams, and improving bottom line performance, built a platform for successful disposal of the company in 2007. Heide spent 11 years at GE where she rose to the ranks of Executive Band, a distinction reserved for less than 5% of GE employees. She successfully developed and launched a Medical market strategy, which was adopted by the organization.
Heide earned a degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Science.
