Robert Foley Dinner with special guest Robert Foley, Winemaker February 4, 2009
Our special guest Robert Foley began the evening at 6:30pm with a sit down five-course dinner paired with Robert Foley's finest. Executive Chef Blake Hartwick choose his favorite selections to be paired with the Foley wines. Mr. Foley guided us through each course and the nuances of the wines paired. The wines enjoyed included the 2007 Pinot Blanc, 2007 Charbono, 2006 Merlot, 2005 Claret, and a 2006 Petite Sirah.
