When you think of Napa Valley certainly one of the premier wineries that springs to mind is Duckhorn. Co-founded by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn in 1976, Duckhorn Vineyards has been crafting classic Bordeaux varietals from the Napa Valley for nearly 30 years. Combine that with the superb cuisine of Carpe Diem and noted chef John Blumreich and you've got a winning combination. It was a fantastic dinner.
