Eric really needs no introduction, He's been named as one of the Wine Personalities of the year by the Wine Advocate. Robert M. Parker, Jr. went to say, "This small specialist importer is one of the bright shinning stars of 'winedom'. His exquisite selections exude personality, quality, and character." Combine that with the superb cuisine of Chef Jim Noble and you've got a winning combination. It promises to be a fantastic dinner.
