A Champagne reception with special guest Robert Foley will begin the evening at 6pm followed with a sit down five-course dinner paired with Robert Foley's finest. Executive Chef Blake Hartwick has chosen his favorite selections to be paired with the Foley wines. Mr. Foley will guide us through each course and the nuances of the wines paired. The wines to look forward to include the infamous Robert Foley Charbono, 2005 Petite Sirah, 2006 Pinot Blanc, the sought after 2005 Claret and the first Robert Foley Vineyards Merlot as a varietal wine.
