As the leading cause of death in America, cardiovascular disease accounts for 1 death every 35 seconds. With positive action the death and disability resulting from heart disease can be reduced by more than 50%.

This annual fundraiser supports the Foundation's work to reduce heart disease risks in our community. Through your continued support, HeartBright makes a difference in the lives of over 4,500 at risk individuals every week. Sponsorship Commitment
